The trademark application serial number 85119976 was filed on Aug. 31, 2010 and was registered on July 12.

The description of the mark registered is "Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of the wording "iFriends EARTH'S LARGEST LIVE CAM NETWORK" as well as an elongated crescent moon symbol. The first letter is a stylized lower case "i" with the dot on the top of the "i." The dot on the top of the "i" looks similar to a web camera and also looks similar to an eyeball. The "i" is in thick, block-type font. The next letter "F" is a capital "F" and is in a stylized italics - and the rest of the letters "riends" are lower case letters and they are in the same stylized italics as the "F". The elongated crescent moon shape is positioned to the left side of the "i" and the symbol has one of its thinner tails of the elongated crescent moon near the top of the "i", almost touching the dot of the eye, which is the "web camera/eye ball" image. The elongated crescent moon image gets thicker in the middle and curves to the right, towards the bottom of the "i", with the second thinner part of the elongated crescent moon image fitting underneath the "i"."
